How do I register?
To register, the first thing you have to do is to register on our website. Once you register you must confirm the email we send you. If you don’t receive the email, check your SPAM folder, sometimes that’s the problem.
After confirmation, go back to your profile and click on the contract button of the plan you have chosen. It takes you to the payment page, where you enter your card details and choose, in the case of the Plan Tranqui, the parking space you need.
After payment, you will receive your membership card, which shows your membership number and your seat number. It is automatically renewed every month.
Remember to complete your profile by adding your phone number and your bike data.

Don’t worry, there is no permanence. By the way, canceling is easier than contracting 😉
What happens in case of theft? Is there insurance?
Yes. In addition to all the security measures incorporated in our parking lots, we have contracted an insurance policy with a maximum coverage for theft of 3000 €. If you have a higher value bike, please contact us.
Don’t forget to register your bike in My Profile, otherwise the insurance will not cover you.
How are the parking lots?
Our parking lots are located within public parking lots, and are designed to be an Oasis for cyclists. A colorful and cheerful space, with useful tools for a tune-up before each outing.
Each parking lot is different and has its own peculiarities with which you will become familiar: schedules, types of access, capacity, etc. We look for the best parking lots in Madrid for you, we are cyclists too.
On our website you can find the map of parking lots with their information sheets. Please note that there are reserved seats that you will not be able to use unless it is yours.
Do I have to bring my own padlock?
Yes.
Pay-per-use
To use pay-per-use you must be registered on our website, and in your profile you will see PPU.
Payment by credit card, you add a balance that will be deducted according to use.
When you make a reservation, you will be assigned an access code that you will have to enter on the keypad located at the entrance of the parking lots.
The time starts from the moment you reserve, to finish the Pick Up Bike button, and only when you vacate the space.
Tip: add our Web App to your phone’s home screen and use it as an App.
